Vulgate comminatus est

Greek uses a single finite aorist ἐπετίμησεν; the Vulgate renders it periphrastically with the perfect-passive participle plus copula (comminatus est). The Syriac verb ܟܐܐ is fused with the conjunction waw in ܘܟܐܐ, so the conjunction and verb share one token.
