Greek NT ἔσονται
Peshitta ܕܢܗܘܘܢ
Vulgate erunt

Greek ἔσονται and Latin erunt place the future copula before the predicate ("shall be first"); the Peshitta defers the verb ܕܢܗܘܘܢ to after ܩܕܡܝܐ, framing it within a relative-imperfect construction ("the first, that they shall be last"). The reordering is purely syntactic and does not affect meaning.

Greek NT καὶ
Peshitta ܘܐܚܪܝܐ
Vulgate et

Greek καί and Latin et coordinate the second clause with a bare conjunction; the Peshitta fuses the conjunction onto the noun as the prefixed ܘ in ܘܐܚܪܝܐ, a standard Syriac proclitic representation of the same coordinating function.

Greek NT οἱ ἔσχατοι
Peshitta ܘܐܚܪܝܐ
Vulgate novissimi

Greek marks the subject of the second clause with the article οἱ (οἱ ἔσχατοι, "the last ones"); both the Vulgate (novissimi) and the Peshitta (ܐܚܪܝܐ) render the substantivised adjective without an explicit article, as neither Latin nor Syriac possesses the definite article available to Greek here.
