The interrogative 'when' is rendered πότε / quando / ܐܡܬܝ; the assigned Syriac root (m-w-th) in the enrichment is spurious, as ܐܡܬܝ is an interrogative adverb of time and not denominal from the root for 'die'.

Greek supplies the definite article ὁ before καιρός and Syriac has the determined-by-context noun ܙܒܢܐ; the Vulgate uses anarthrous tempus, reflecting Latin's lack of a definite article rather than a textual omission.
