Greek introduces the temporal clause with καί + genitive absolute (διαγενομένου τοῦ σαββάτου); the Vulgate renders the conjunction Et plus a subordinating cum, while Syriac uses the compound ܘܟܕ ('and when'). The clause boundaries are identical but each tradition packages the temporal subordination differently.
