Greek προσηύχετο is a single imperfect middle verb; the Peshitta renders the durative force periphrastically with the participle ܡܨܠܐ plus the auxiliary ܗܘܐ ('was praying'), a characteristic Syriac construction for the imperfect/continuous aspect.

Greek δυνατόν ἐστιν ('it is possible') and Vulgate fieri posset ('it could be done') express the possibility impersonally; the Peshitta uses the single participle ܡܫܟܚܐ (root sh-k-kh, lit. 'is able/found possible'), a typical Syriac idiom for impersonal possibility.

Greek ἀπ᾽ αὐτοῦ ('from him') is rendered analytically; the Peshitta contracts the preposition and pronoun into the single suffixed form ܡܢܗ ('from him'), reflecting the agglutinative morphology of Syriac. The Greek article ἡ before ὥρα has no equivalent in Syriac or Latin, both lacking the definite article here.
