All three render the aorist/perfect 'they rise from the dead'; the Syriac places the verb ܕܩܡܘ before the prepositional phrase ܡܢ ܡܝܬܐ, inverting the Greek and Latin order in which the verb (ἀναστῶσιν / resurrexerint) follows 'from the dead'. The divergence is purely sequential.
