The Greek and Latin render the name as a discrete accusative (Ἰούδαν / Judam), while Syriac fuses the conjunction and proper name into a single orthographic unit ܘܝܗܘܕܐ ('and-Judas'); the Syriac token thus does double duty for the καί and the name.

Greek (ὃς καὶ) and Latin (qui et) both attest the relative pronoun plus an adverbial/intensive καί/et ('who also'); Syriac uses only the demonstrative-relative ܗܘ ('he who'), lacking an explicit counterpart to the adjunctive 'also' — a routine economy of the Peshitta.

Peshitta ܘܐܬܘ ܠܒܝܬܐ

The Peshitta appends a clause ܘܐܬܘ ܠܒܝܬܐ ('and they came to the house'), drawn from the opening of the following pericope (Mark 3:20). This reflects a versification/colon-division difference whereby the Syriac tradition carries the narrative transition into this verse; no equivalent stands in the Greek NA28 or the Vulgate here.
