Greek uses an aorist feminine participle (ἀπελθοῦσα, 'having gone away'); the Vulgate renders this with a temporal clause (cum abiisset, 'when she had gone away'), while the Peshitta employs a finite verb ܘܐܙܠܬ ('and she went') prefixed with the conjunction, merging conjunction and verb into one token. Constructionally equivalent but each tradition handles the subordination differently.
