Greek τῇ ἑορτῇ ('the feast') and Vulgate die festo ('festal day') both denote the festival; the Vulgate amplifies with the explicit noun dies, whereas the Syriac ܒܥܕܥܕܐ (with prefixed bet) renders 'on the feast' as a single fused prepositional form lacking the article.

Greek ἔσται is future indicative ('there will be'); the Syriac ܢܗܘܐ is imperfect (modal/future); the Vulgate fieret is imperfect subjunctive governed by ne forte, the normal Latin sequence after a verb of fearing — a grammatical accommodation rather than a semantic shift.

Greek expresses 'of the people' with an adnominal genitive τοῦ λαοῦ; the Vulgate renders this with the prepositional phrase in populo ('among the people'), and the Syriac ܒܥܡܐ likewise uses the prefixed bet ('among the people'), both versions construing the noise locatively rather than as a possessive genitive.
