Greek uses the substantivised article + δέ (Ὁ δέ, 'But he') as the subject-marker for the apodosis; Latin reproduces this with At ille, an equivalent demonstrative-plus-adversative construction. The Peshitta omits any explicit subject pronoun, relying on the 3ms verbal inflection of ܐܡܪ, a normal Syriac economy.

The dative αὐτοῖς / ܠܗܘܢ / eis is uniform; the divergence is only orthographic-punctuational, the Greek carrying a high point (·) and the Vulgate isolating a colon as a separate token before direct speech.

Greek θέλετε and Latin vultis express the second-person plural verb synthetically; Syriac renders the same with an analytic participle-plus-enclitic-pronoun construction (ܨܒܝܢ ܐܢܬܘܢ), the standard Syriac means of marking present-tense agency.

Greek includes the accusative pronoun με ('me') as the object of θέλετε within an asyndetic construction (θέλετέ με ποιήσω, 'do you wish that I should do'). Neither the Peshitta nor the Vulgate represents this explicit pronoun, both subordinating the request through a complementiser (ut / implied) without a separate object.

The Vulgate marks the interrogative explicitly with a separate question-mark token; the Greek encodes interrogation within ὑμῖν; (semicolon = Greek question mark), and the Peshitta carries no orthographic interrogative marker.
