Vulgate cordis vestri scripsit

Greek expresses the idea as a single compound noun σκληροκαρδίαν ('hard-heartedness') with the article and the genitive ὑμῶν; the Vulgate analytically separates it into duritiam cordis vestri ('hardness of your heart'), and the Peshitta likewise into ܩܫܝܘܬ ܠܒܟܘܢ ('hardness of your heart'), both unpacking the Greek compound into a construct/genitive chain.
