The conjunction καί / Et / waw is shared, but the Peshitta fuses it prefixally with the temporal noun (ܘܒܨܦܪܐ, 'and-in-the-morning'), shifting the morning-adverb to the head of the clause, whereas Greek and Latin place the temporal marker after the participle/verb.
