Greek NT λαβὼν
Peshitta ܘܢܣܒ
Vulgate accepto

Greek uses the aorist participle λαβών ('having taken') as does the Vulgate's ablative absolute accepto; the Peshitta renders with a finite verb ܘܢܣܒ joined by waw-coordination, a typical Syriac construction that resolves Greek participial chains into paratactic finite clauses.

Greek NT εὐχαριστήσας
Peshitta ܘܐܘܕܝ ܘܒܪܟ
Vulgate gratias agens

Where Greek εὐχαριστήσας and Vulgate gratias agens render a single act of thanksgiving, the Peshitta has a doublet ܘܐܘܕܝ ܘܒܪܟ ('and gave thanks and blessed'), conflating the eucharistic 'giving thanks' with the cup-blessing terminology, possibly harmonising toward the bread-blessing vocabulary (cf. Mark 14:22, εὐλογήσας).

expansion Vulgate only
Vulgate et

The Vulgate inserts an editorial colon (:) before the second clause, a punctuation feature of the Clementine edition with no lexical counterpart in the Greek or Syriac; it marks the syntactic boundary between the giving and the drinking.

Greek NT ἐξ αὐτοῦ
Peshitta ܡܢܗ
Vulgate illo omnes

Greek ἐξ αὐτοῦ and Latin ex illo employ a preposition plus pronoun for the partitive 'of it'; the Peshitta condenses this into the single suffixed form ܡܢܗ ('from it'), the standard Syriac means of expressing prepositional phrases with pronominal objects.
