Greek NT ὃς καὶ
Peshitta ܗܘ
Vulgate qui et

Greek employs a relative pronoun with emphatic καί (ὃς καί, 'who also/even'); Vulgate mirrors this with qui et; Peshitta uses the simple demonstrative pronoun ܗܘ ('he') without the emphatic particle, achieving the same referential function through a more economical construction.

expansion Peshitta only
Peshitta ܘܐܬܘ ܠܒܝܬܐ

The Peshitta uniquely adds ܘܐܬܘ ܠܒܝܬܐ ('and they came to the house'), transitioning directly into the narrative of Mark 3:20. Neither the Greek NA28 nor the Vulgate include this clause at the conclusion of the apostolic list, maintaining a sharper pericope boundary between the appointment of the Twelve and the subsequent house scene.
