The Peshitta expands with ܗܐ ܡܢ ܦܘܡܗ ('Behold, from his mouth') before the verb 'you have heard', supplying an explicit source for the blasphemy that has no counterpart in either the Greek (simple ἠκούσατε) or the Vulgate (Audistis). This is a characteristic Syriac amplification heightening the immediacy of Jesus' self-incriminating speech.

All three attest the dative/prepositional 'to you', but the Syriac places ܠܟܘܢ after the verb ܡܬܚܙܐ (verb-dative order), whereas Greek ὑμῖν and Latin vobis precede their verbs; the divergence is purely sequential and semantically neutral.

Greek expresses the subject with article plus postpositive δέ (οἱ δέ, 'and they'), matched by Syriac ܗܢܘܢ ܕܝܢ; the Vulgate collapses this into the relative pronoun Qui, omitting an explicit adversative connective and rendering the syntax with a relative rather than a demonstrative-plus-particle construction.

Greek κατέκριναν αὐτόν and Latin condemnaverunt eum carry an explicit accusative object 'him', but the Syriac ܕܢܘ ('they condemned/judged') leaves the object unexpressed, the referent being recoverable from the following ܕܚܝܒ clause; Syriac frequently omits a redundant pronominal object after a verb of judging.
