Greek σκανδαλισθήσονται and Syriac ܢܬܟܫܠܘܢ stand absolute ('shall be made to stumble'), but the Vulgate expands with the prepositional object in te ('in you'), a harmonisation toward the Matthean parallel (cf. Matt 26:33, scandalizati fuerint in te), supplying the object of offence absent from the other two witnesses.
