Greek expresses 'one being of the Twelve' with the participle ὢν (εἷς ὢν τῶν δώδεκα); both the Peshitta (ܚܕ ܡܢ) and the Vulgate (unus de) drop the copular participle, using a simple partitive preposition, a more economical equivalent construction.

Greek μετ᾽ αὐτοῦ and Latin cum eo ('with him') specify that the crowd accompanied Judas; the Peshitta omits this prepositional phrase entirely, presenting the crowd's arrival without the explicit accompaniment marker.

Greek μαχαιρῶν and Latin gladiis are plural ('swords'); the Syriac ܣܦܣܪܐ is a collective/loanword form that does not mark plurality morphologically, a typical Syriac idiom for collective weaponry.
