The Greek adverb εὐθὺς ('immediately') is rendered by Latin confestim and is fused in the Syriac prefixed form ܘܡܚܕܐ ('and immediately'), where the conjunction and adverb are written as a single token. The temporal nuance is preserved across all three witnesses.

Greek uses the prepositional phrase ἐπὶ τὸ πρωῒ ('at early morning') with article; the Vulgate reduces this to the bare adverb mane, and the Syriac to the prepositional noun ܒܨܦܪܐ ('in the morning'). The articular Greek construction is flattened in both versions.

Greek μετὰ τῶν πρεσβυτέρων uses preposition + articular genitive; Latin cum senioribus and Syriac ܥܡ ܩܫܝܫܐ both employ a comitative preposition + noun without the Greek article, a routine versional adjustment.

Greek coordinates the scribes with a simple καὶ γραμματέων under the single preposition μετά; the Syriac repeats the comitative preposition (ܘܥܡ ܣܦܪܐ, 'and with the scribes'), an idiomatic Syriac tendency to re-mark each conjunct, while Latin uses et scribis.

Greek καὶ ὅλον τὸ συνέδριον ('and the whole Sanhedrin') uses the loanword συνέδριον; Latin renders universo concilio and Syriac ܟܢܘܫܬܐ (root k-n-sh, 'assembly/gathering'). The Syriac again prefixes ܘܥܡ ('and with'), continuing the comitative chain rather than the bare coordinating conjunction of the Greek and Latin.

Greek ἀπήνεγκαν ('they carried/led away', from ἀποφέρω) is matched by Latin duxerunt ('led') and Syriac ܘܐܘܒܠܘܗܝ (root w-b-l, 'they conducted him'). The Syriac and Latin add an explicit object pronoun/finite verb framing absent from the bare Greek aorist.
