The Syriac collapses the conjunction and verb into a single prefixed form ܘܐܡܪ ('and-he-said'), whereas Greek καὶ εἶπεν and Latin Et dixit keep the conjunction and verb as discrete tokens; this is a purely orthographic-morphological feature of Syriac prefix conjugation, not a semantic divergence.

Greek uses an aorist passive participle πορευθέντες ('having gone') and Latin a present participle Euntes ('going'), both subordinating the action to the main imperative; Syriac ܙܠܘ is a bare imperative ('go!'), turning the participial circumstance into a coordinate command — a construction-level difference common in Semitic rendering of Greek participial chains.

Greek imperative κηρύξατε and Latin imperative prædicate stand asyndetically after the participle, whereas Syriac ܘܐܟܪܙܘ adds the coordinating ܘ ('and proclaim'), reflecting the imperative-coordination noted above; the verbal root k-r-z is itself a loan reflecting the same Hellenistic preaching vocabulary.
